First of all, all the good reviews here are paid, second what I received is absolutely fake chaped and not at all heart shaped pendant, I'll even attach a video, the chain is not thin and sleek and the heart shape is not visible as there is a hole on top which makes it look ugly, and the pendant as shown thick is so thin and if u need to return or refund no one respond, neither their number works not anyone reply on email, u will get a confirmation call if u call back in that number it will be changed, better buy from zara, newme, unique etc. I got 2 pendant both are ugly and broken.
