Replacement Policy

At Vembley, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and ensure on-time delivery. Our replacement policy applies only to defective or damaged products, received upon delivery. We accept replacement requests within 3 days of accepting the package from the delivery personnel.

In order to claim a replacement or exchange, we request all customers to record a video of themselves opening the product after delivery, while it is still in its original packaging.

Please follow these steps when recording the opening video:

1. After receiving the package from the delivery boy—open the package while making a video—as proof of the product’s condition at the time of delivery.

2. Show the sealed packet with a clear view of the label in the video, and ensure the packaging is not in a tampered condition.

3. Clearly show the product in the video while opening the packet. 4. Email the video, along with clear pictures of the defective product, to orders@vembley.com.

Our quality control team will review the video and, if the customer's claim is proven to be true, a replacement will be provided.
